The size is exactly as described and while I have several toys that are longer and girthier it seemed oddly large in the package.
For me, it was an easy, pleasurable insertion with enough length to be “fun” and seat properly without being a distraction or uncomfortable during my day.
The slender neck allows for easy, mess free wear and keeping my sphincter tight while I still get to have something substantial inside. It fits perfectly between the cheeks.
