Our orders are shipped discreetly in generic boxes or bubble mailers. We do everything to make sure that your order is delivered in a timely fashion. We only ship to addresses within the continental United States, Hawaii, Alaska & select US Territories. Please note that certain bulky items may not qualify for shipping to Hawaii and US Territories. Should any of your selected products fall under this restriction, our customer care team will promptly contact you to inform you of the non-shippable items.Here is a summary of our essential shipping information:

  • We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $59
  • We work with multiple carriers including UPS, USPS, and FedEx
  • Orders placed Monday through Thursday are typically shipped the next business day
  • Orders placed over the weekend are typically shipped on Monday, except on holidays
  • You can place your order at any time. However, carrier’s delivery times may be delayed due to these holidays listed below:

Shipments to a PO Box

We deliver to a PO Box as we ship with USPS. Only USPS is permitted to deliver to a PO Box. We also ship with UPS and FedEx. However, they won't deliver to a PO Box.

At HotCherry, we value your privacy, and to ensure that, we deliver orders in generic boxes or bubble mailers without any indicative labels to alert your neighbors. The shipping labels and return address are for our warehouse incorporation, and all billing is done through HCCO Retail Ltd.

Delivery Options and Cost

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $59. For orders below $59, the shipping cost and estimated shipping timelines are listed below. These are average shipping times once the carrier picks up your package. The delivery times vary based on the time and day you placed the order. 

Please note that certain bulky items may not qualify for fast shipping.

Example 1: Ordered with Standard Shipping Before 1pm ET:

  • Business Day 1: The order is processed and picked up by the carrier.
  • Business Day 2: The package is in transit for the first time.
  • Business Day 3-6: Order is delivered.

Example 2: Ordered with Standard Shipping After 1 pm ET:

  • Business Day 1: Order is processed.
  • Business Day 2: The order is picked up by the carrier.
  • Business Day 3: The package is in transit for the first time.
  • Business Day 4-7: Order is delivered.

Order Tracking

Once we ship your order, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. Please keep in mind that it might take us up to 2-3 business days to ship your order, depending on the day and time of your order. In the meantime, if you have any questions about your order status, please contact customer service at care@hotcherry.com and provide your order number in your correspondence.

Returns & Refunds

Because of the intimate nature of the products we sell and for hygienic reasons, they are considered used once an item leaves our warehouse. They cannot be returned unless defective or their original shipping bag/box is unopened.

You can return your complete order if the shipping box/bag is unopened. You need to contact customer care to request return authorization.

Upon receiving and confirming the unopened shipping bag/box, we’ll issue a refund excluding 10% restocking fee and shipping fee. All shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund. If your order qualifies for free shipping, we will deduct the shipping fees and issue a refund for the balance. For more details, please read our return policy page.

Note: Shipping fees for large and bulky items vary vastly based on size, weight and the shipping destination. Our customer service can provide the exact shipping cost that will be deducted from your refund.

Canada Shipping Information

At HotCherry.com, we currently only ship within the United States. 

Shipments to Military Addresses

All US military personnel are considered to reside inside the United States regardless of whether they are stationed in the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, or the Pacific. Given this standard, there are specific guidelines that you need to follow to deliver an order to a military address:

  • Address the package as usual with the recipient’s name and other delivery information
  • For the city, select either APO (Army Post Office) or FPO (Fleet Post Office)
  • For state, select AA (Armed Forces Americas), AE (Armed Forces Europe & Middle East), or AP (Armed Forces Pacific)
  • Enter the zip code provided by the military
  • For country, select the United States regardless of where you are stationed

Missing or Lost Parcels

HotCherry is not responsible for the reimbursement, replacement, or re-shipment of missing or lost parcels. Each parcel receives a tracking number, and you can file a claim through the United States Postal Service at this link.

Please ensure you have provided us with the correct address. Your address is copied exactly as provided onto your shipping label. HotCherry is not responsible for misdirected packages resulting from incorrect information being input on the order page.  We cannot change or update an address once the item is in transit.
