We ship all orders discreetly and work hard to get them to you quickly and safely. Your privacy is important to us. All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded boxes or bubble mailers. Nothing on the outside of the package reveals what’s inside, and your billing statement will show HCCO Retail Ltd.

Standard Shipping

  • Free on orders over $59
  • $4.99 flat rate on orders under $59
  • Delivered within 2–6 business days
  • Primarily shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx

Fast Shipping

  • $15.99 flat rate on all orders
  • Delivered within 2–4 business days
  • Please note: Some brands and bulky items are not eligible for expedited shipping.

Shipments to Military Addresses

All US military personnel are considered to reside inside the United States regardless of whether they are stationed in the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, or the Pacific. Given this standard, there are specific guidelines that you need to follow to deliver an order to a military address:

  • Address the package as usual with the recipient’s name and other delivery information
  • For the city, select either APO (Army Post Office) or FPO (Fleet Post Office)
  • For state, select AA (Armed Forces Americas), AE (Armed Forces Europe & Middle East), or AP (Armed Forces Pacific)
  • Enter the zip code provided by the military
  • For country, select the United States regardless of where you are stationed

Order Processing & Tracking

  • Orders placed Monday–Thursday typically ship the next business day
  • Weekend orders ship on Monday (excluding holidays)
  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details
  • Processing may take up to 2–3 business days, depending on when the order was placed

Holidays & Delivery Delays

Carriers do not deliver on major US holidays, including:
New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day

Lost, Missing, or Undelivered Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages
  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
  • Packages marked as delivered but not received

If this happens, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
