Brought by Je Joue, the Je Joue Ami Progressive Pelvic Weights are an excellent way to train your Kegel muscles and strengthen your pelvic floor muscles. By strengthening the Kegel muscles, you improve blood circulation, prevent incontinence, increase arousal and strengthen and prolong orgasms.

The pelvic weights set comes with three different balls with different weights. The smallest one, Ami 1, is a large soft, lightweight ball perfect for beginners. The second one, Ami 2, is a soft and much heavier double ball for more advanced users, while Ami 3 is the heaviest of the three and is hard, adequate for experienced users.

The balls are encased in smooth, body-safe, phthalate-free silicone, and all have retrieval cords. The balls are compatible with water-based lubes and can be washed with soap and water. They can be worn around the house, and after you get used to them, and after a while, you can wear your Ami pelvic weights for a prolonged time.
