- Three progressive weights let you build up gradually
- Smooth phthalate-free silicone feels comfortable against sensitive skin
- Retrieval cords make removal easy and stress-free
Training your pelvic floor should feel like progress, not guesswork, and Ami makes that progress easy to track. This three-piece set from Je Joue gives you a clear path from first try to confident, everyday wear.
Start with the lightest of the trio, sized to feel easy and unintimidating while you learn how your body responds. Once that feels comfortable, move up to the second weight for a bit more challenge, then graduate to the heaviest piece as your muscles get stronger. Each one slides in with a retrieval cord for easy removal, and the smooth silicone surface means there is nothing to adjust to beyond the weight itself. Because the set is waterproof, you can work through your routine in the bath or shower as easily as around the house.
In smooth, phthalate-free silicone, this set of pelvic weights is waterproof, compatible with water-based lubricant and simple to clean with just soap and water.
