I find two goes are needed for me, to get squeaky clean down there. Depends on what my diet’s been like too. Make sure you re-hydrate and maybe take a probiotic too if you do these often. Replace those electrolytes!

These are better than most. Hanger is perfect for door handle or shower rod. Instructions are ok, go online and do your research to make sure you clean everything propperly.

I did the enema thing and was shocked at what came out of me. I wouldn’t want anybody else up there until I had cleaned myself properly. Thank goodness I learned about these. Feel heaps better.

Can’t see waterlevel

The hose is plenty long and flexible, but I can’t see the water level. I just put in enough for what I need then time myself, usually. Good otherwise.
