A whip that already knows how to behave: this bullwhip from XR Brands has the soft, supple feel of leather that has been broken in from the start. The fine plaiting over a solid core and the classic bullwhip handle give it a timeless look, with a smooth, flexible action in black leather.
Get familiar with the grip first, then work up to longer strokes as the leather warms in your hand and moves the way a well broken in whip should. The braided cracker at the tip is removable, so once it has taken a beating through an intense scene, you can braid in a fresh one instead of retiring the whole whip.
Store it coiled loosely in a cool, dry spot and it will stay supple scene after scene.
