- Natural movement stimulates you and works pelvic floor muscles
- Stainless steel wipes clean easily, stays hypoallergenic
- Warm or chill the balls to suit your mood
Ben wa balls have been around for ages, and this stainless steel set from Sportsheets brings the idea into the present without any fuss. Two smooth silver balls respond to your own movement rather than any motor, so what you feel comes entirely from you shifting, walking or settling into a position.
Slipping them in is simple, and starting with one ball is a good idea until you get used to the sensation of retaining it. Once inside, the weight of the metal shifts as you move, and your body naturally works to hold on to them, which is the whole point of pairing them with kegel practice. Some like to wear them quietly through the day, others save them for solo time or bring them into play with a partner alongside other stimulation. Because the surface is smooth and the steel can be warmed or chilled beforehand, you can adjust the feel to whatever suits the moment.
Cleanup is straightforward: wash with soap and warm water, pat dry, and tuck the set into the soft storage pouch included for next time. In hypoallergenic stainless steel, this set of vaginal balls is fully waterproof and easy to keep clean between uses.
