Nexus Alpha Surge Stamina Sleeve
- Textured interior adds sensation to help build endurance
- Use it solo or with the Alpha Surge masturbator
- Soft TPE feels comfortable with easy cleanup after use
Think of it as practice gear for staying power. The Nexus Alpha Surge Stamina Sleeve is a penis sleeve made to help you build endurance at your own pace, with a clear design that keeps things simple and low-key.
Slide in and the textured interior gets to work right away, adding friction that keeps every stroke feeling deliberate rather than rushed. Used alone, it gives you a focused, self-guided session where you set the rhythm and control the intensity. Nexus also designed it to connect with the Alpha Surge rotating and sucking masturbator, so if you want a more dynamic session later on, this stroker sleeve can become part of that combo instead of a standalone tool.
Made from soft TPE, it cleans up easily with toy cleaner and warm water after each use.
