Stays in securely positioned and in no danger of accidentally escaping.
The base edges are rounded, meaning it doesn't cut into my skin anywhere! It's great, especially the longer it's in. Several other toys I've tried wearing for longer than an hour, end up poking or cutting into me, which is less than comfortable - haven't had that happen at all with this little guy. Great purchase, would totally buy again.
