- Three graduated weights let you build strength gradually
- Retrieval cords make removal quick and easy
- Slim shape stays discreet under clothes during errands
A gym membership for muscles no one else can see. The Fantasy For Her Kegel Train-Her set gives you a progressive way to work the pelvic floor, moving from a lighter weight up to something more challenging as you build strength.
Start with the lightest of the three and let your body get used to holding it in place. Each trainer is slim and smoothly contoured, so it slips in easily and sits comfortably whether you are home, running errands or heading to yoga. A silicone retrieval cord comes attached to each one, so removal stays simple and there is no worry about it slipping too deep. As you get more comfortable, work your way up through the set toward the heaviest for a more noticeable challenge. Over time, this kind of steady practice is how the pelvic floor gets trained.
In flexible, smooth silicone, this vaginal trainer set is waterproof and easy to clean with warm soapy water or a toy cleaner, and it pairs only with water-based lubricant since silicone-based formulas can damage the material.
