Kegel exercises get a lot more interesting when your phone is keeping score. The Elvie Kegel Trainer is an insertable device that turns pelvic floor exercises into something you can actually see progress on, session by session.
Once inserted, the smooth silicone egg sits comfortably in place while it reads your muscle contractions and sends the data straight to a free app on your phone. From there, you pick from a handful of unique games, some asking for quick squeezes, others asking you to hold steady, and follow along in real time as the app shows you exactly what your muscles are doing. The included cover lets you adjust the fit to something that feels right for your body, so the sensation stays comfortable rather than distracting. Sessions are short, and the tracker makes it easy to see whether you are getting stronger over time.
Between uses, the trainer lives in its carry case, which doubles as a wireless charger, so it is always ready to go without much thought. In body-safe, phthalate-free silicone, this vaginal kegel trainer is fully waterproof, USB rechargeable and can be used with water-based lubes if needed.
