Setup starts with two firm plastic stoppers hooked over the top of the door, wedged tight on the inner side of the room so nothing swings open mid-scene. From there, the padded thigh cuffs slide on to cushion, lift and spread the legs, while the adjustable handles give whoever's suspended a stable grip to hold onto. With the weight taken off, your partner gets easy access and free rein to try positions that would otherwise take real effort to hold, and every strap can be adjusted so the angle changes each time you use it.
