I was excited about trying this thing but I was somewhat disappointed. We intended to use it interchangeably, but the hole is too small for his penis to fit in it... Worth having

The strap sizing is good. My husband is a little on the large side (maybe 46-48 in the waist), and he was able to wear it just fine, even though it was a tad uncomfortable he said. I was a little skeptical about this, but we tried it and loved it! He is disabled and has very little hip mobility, and the stiffness of the material served very well for maintaining an angle. Would definitely recommend this to other couples.
