One thing to note is that actually receiving the promised patch kit is hit or miss, in my case I only got the instructions.

In terms of raw stimulation, her internal surfaces aren't on par with silicon sleeve toys, but they're serviceable and a fraction of the price. The three separate holes allow for more convenient penetration angles than the torso, and I do appreciate the subtly different texture used for the mouth (it would be nice if the mouth were deeper). The size can be a bit awkward, and the breasts are big enough that they get in the way, but having something person sized to hold on to can be helpful.

Cleaning can be an adventure. The outside surfaces are easy, as is the mouth. The other holes are deep enough that you have to be thorough and careful to get everything out of them (including rinsing the soap out). I still haven't found a good way to dry her, working a thin towel into the holes gets most but not all of the moisture. If someone has some kind of cleaning wand, consider mentioning in a review whether or not it helps.
