Strapless does not mean solo. The Cyrus is a strapless dildo built to give the wearing partner internal fullness while the receiving partner gets a curved, vibrating head aimed right at the spot, so both of you are getting something out of it at the same time.
One end settles inside the wearer with a rounded bulb shape that creates a sense of fullness and helps hold the dildo in place without a harness.
