Bondage Restraints FAQ

How do I choose the right restraints for me?

There isn’t really a straight up answer to this question. Bondage is a kink, and you should experiment with whatever turns you on. In general, if you’re a beginner, you should start off with something simple, like wrist cuffs, to see if bondage is for you. There are some that are specifically made for beginners, and they’ll generally be softer, and more comfortable. Once you’re comfortable with wrist restraints, you can start to explore with full body restraints and all the fun that comes with more advanced bondage play!

How long can I keep them on for?

There isn’t really a maximum amount of time you can keep your restraints on – it all depends on how comfortable you are and how you’re using them. The only time you should be careful is if any of your restraints are restricting blood flow – such as if the wrist cuffs are too tight or if you’re hanging upside down. In that case, you shouldn’t keep them on for long – if your extremities begin to turn blue or black, take them off immediately.
